		<description>Since these have to pickle quickly I think small cucumbers are best. Persian, Israeli, or Japanese cucumbers work well. The big waxy-skinned ones might be harder to pickle for such a short period of time. They might also be too big to fit in a zipped bag nicely. If you try it, let us know how it works.</description>
